03/04/2017 | 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.   |    Hunters Education Course: This class is a Prerequisite for Indiana Residents 18 years of age and under to age 7 seeking an Indiana Resident Hunting License. This Class covers the State of Indiana Hunting Rules and Regulations and gun safety. (As Per the Indiana Department of Natural Resources) Limit of 50 youth

03/04/2017 | 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.   |    Kite Contest: During the weekends of March 4 & 11, youths will be instructed on how to build and fly kites. They will be judged and the winners will advance to the championship March 25th. These events are for children ages 7-10 and 11-15.

03/8/2017 | 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.   |    Turkey Seminar: A 2 hour class in which youth ages 7 to 18 will learn the basic fundamentals of properly hunting turkeys. Limit of 50 youth

03/25/2017 | 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.   |    Fall Creek Clean-Up , Kite Contest Championship & BBQ at MLK: After cleaning up along the east side of Fall Creek Parkway from Burdsal Parkway to 38th Street. Kite Contest Finalist will build and fly their kites and OYEA BBQ Day at MLK will be held for the adults at Watkins Park.. Prizes!

04/03/2017 | 6 p.m. – 7 p.m.   |    Youth Fishing Class (part 1): This is a 2-part (3 hours total) in which youth age 7 to 14 will learn basic fishing techniques, knot tying and fish identifying. Part 1 of this class is 1 hour and part 2 is a 2 hour class.

08/05/2017 | 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.   |    Pride Field Trip: At Bradford Woods our youths will learn about testing water quality and other wetland conservation issues. Limit of 50 youth
